Just a note from the formatting fairy: the content is the main thing, formatting can follow. I myself would be resistant to the apparent complexity of the formatting requirements, but honestly, you get used to them, so don't sweat the fine tuning. Only focus on capturing accurately the excerpt and the title of the teaching it came from. Make up categories if your excerpt doesn't fit a category, resorting to the ever useful "Other excerpts" or simply "excerpts."
