Inner Listening

Inner listening is a subject that is very relevant to everyone. It has practical application in every circumstance and with every person you might meet. In fact, if you become proficient in practicing the things that we will speak of, you will have an opportunity to be far more effective in all your engagements and will be able to perceive things that are extremely useful beyond the realm of normal perception. When you listen within yourself, you must remember you are practicing becoming a listener. Over time you can then become far more responsive to messages that are coming both from within you and from without.

The Great Truth

There is a great truth about your being in the world, a great truth that you cannot alter, that you cannot change, that you cannot remake into something that you would prefer or something that other people would expect of you. The great truth is about you and your relationship with the world and why you have been sent into the world at this particular time, under these particular circumstances. For it is no accident that you are here and that you have come at this time.

The Spiritual Fire

Within you, deep within you, beneath the surface of the mind, in a place you barely know, there is a Fire, a spiritual Fire. It is the source of your inspiration. It is the Fire of Knowledge, the deeper mind within you, burning like a hearth…consuming your errors and your pain…purifying you…blessing you…guiding you.

The Redeemer

When you begin to look at your life honestly and to consider the wisdom of your past decisions and the quality of your current circumstances – in light of who you really are, in light of the fact that you have come here for a greater purpose – you will see that your life needs to be redeemed. It needs to be renewed and refreshed, given a greater purpose, a greater dimension, a greater strength and a greater integrity.
